About Us

Founded in 2013 by a visionary team of PhDs and neuroscientists, Scanalytics has its roots in cutting-edge research and innovation. Our journey started with a mission to optimize buildings by creating the equivalent of a human brain for the built environment that learns from every footstep within a building.

Scanalytics' patented sensor material is a game-changer in the Smart Flooring industry. Our first sensors measured a footstep every three feet. Iteration two, measured every 12 inches. Today our sensors measure to every 4 inches and offer the most accurate occupancy data on the market. Our sensors allow direct integration into commercial carpeting, underlayment for LVT, sheet and resilient flooring. They can also be deployed over existing floors (cement, terrazzo, hardwood, etc.) with mats covering the sensors.
