How it Works
Scanalytics floor sensors capture up to 100% of foot traffic through your buildings and spaces. Capturing individual foot steps and the paths they form, we are able to monitor and analyze complete space movements and usage.

Getting Started
Analysis
We’ll work with you to understand the goals of your space. We’ll analyze your spaces and needs, and identify the more effective deployment of sensors and integrations to help you create a smarter environment for your employees and visitors.
Installation
Embedded in our own patented underlayment, Scanalytics floor sensors replace your current underlayment and can be installed under a variety of flooring. They connect directly to your WiFi or network and are managed remotely. We have partnerships with the world’s largest flooring companies, so can introduce you to your best choice or partner with your existing provider.
Management
Once installed, Scanalytics smart flooring requires no further upkeep or monitoring. Tracking all movement throughout the installation space, areas of interest can be set and updated via our dashboard, which automatically collects and organizes all of your data. Turn on further apps such as security, predictive wear and tear, leak detection, fall detection and prevention. However humans use your space, we can share data to make their environments more relevant, safer, and more efficient.
Integrations
As a building operating system, Scanalytics makes it possible for your building management system to operate according to the activities and needs of the humans inside it. Our API can integrate your traffic and usage data into your current management platforms to further automate and improve the efficiency of your spaces and buildings.
